CLOWN TREAT BAGS

5x7 hoop

This set of treat bags have a simplified drawstring top to make them quick and easy to make.  No other sewing required.

Each bag only requires 2-6x8 pieces of felt and some scraps of fabric for the appliqué eyes, noses and mouths and a bit of yarn for the hair.

Finished size is 4 3/4" X 8".
