ABOUT ORDERING Please note when using Pay Pal be sure your email address is up to date with Pay Pal. The designs will be sent to the address Pay Pal gives me unless otherwise noted. Pes format will be sent if no format is listed. How will my designs be delivered to me? The designs will be emailed as quickly as I can, usually within a couple of hours after the order is placed. Or within minutes if I'm online when the order is received. If you have not received the designs in 12 hours please check your spam folder first, then email me. They will be sent as a zipped attachment. You will need to unzip to be able to use the design files. I send designs between 8:00am and 11:00pm est. 7 days a week. Can I receive the designs on a CD ? Yes, you can request snail mail delivery for an extra $5.00 . There is no charge for email delivery. Click here for the PRINTABLE ORDER PAGE How do I list the sets I want in Pay Pal? You will need to list the sets on the Pay Pal page BEFORE you click "PAY". On the "REVIEW PAYMENT" page, just below ITEM on the left side of the page is a "SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS TO SELLER" button. Click on that and then list the sets, format and sizes needed. If you forget to list the sets, that's OK. Just send me an email with the sets listed.
Pay Pal will send you a confirmation email and send me a confirmation of payment email with what ever you put in the message area. You can send me a follow up email if you wish. If you do not receive a confirmation email from Pay Pal the order was not processed. Can I use my credit card? At this time I only accept credit cards through Pay Pal. You can use your credit card with Pay Pal without opening a Pay Pal account. Just follow the instructions on the Pay Pal site. Click "I do Not Have a Pay Pal Account" Can I pay by check or money order? Yes, you can send a check or money order in US funds and I will send the designs out right away to you. You will usually have the designs in just a couple of days this way. Make checks payable to Moose B Stitchin. Print the order page and circle the sets you want. Be sure to print clearly to avoid delay. If I lose my designs in a computer crash can they be replaced? Yes, I will replace all lost design free of charge. BUT you will need the date of purchase or the order number from the email I send you when the order is confirmed for proof of purchase. If you paid by Pay Pal you can click on the history tab to find the dates of all of your purchases. I will replace designs bought back to 2005. Older orders may not be replaced. So PLEASE BACKUP YOUR FILES! Can I sell the finished projects? Yes, you can sell as many of the finished projects as you wish. You may NOT resell the design sets. Can I buy designs for a friend as a gift? Yes, just email me with the information where you want the designs sent. I can send out gift certificates for special occasions or Secret Pal gifts. What are the free frames and bonus designs offers? You can pick one bonus design with each
order. BONUS and FREE Frames are limited to the ones on these pages. Example If I have trouble understanding the instructions? I am always here to answer questions about construction of the projects. But I ask that you include the date of purchase or order number when asking questions. I will no longer answer questions without the date of purchase or MBS order number. I need to know that the sets were a legitimate purchase. What is a jumbo
hoop? SPLIT OR MULTI POSITION HOOPS The In the Hoop embroidery projects can not be done in multi position hoops. The designs are not split for these hoops unless it is specified on the web page.. ABOUT IN THE HOOP PROJECTS In the hoop projects create a finished project in the embroidery hoop with little or no other sewing required. Most require no other sewing. Most are a series of laying precut pieces of fabric over guidelines the machine stitches. Some are very simple with only 2 pieces of fabric, others can be more involved with several pieces of fabric. The seams are all digitized so they will be perfect each time. All corners will be exactly alike. No more fussing about perfect seam lines. All the hard parts have been done for you. All the sets come with detailed step by step instructions. It is very important to follow the steps exactly. I suggest printing the instructions so you can have them next to the machine as you stitch. Most of the projects use cotton calico weight fabrics. I suggest using an inexpensive fabric for your first one in case you make a mistake. After making one with calico you can then use your own judgment as to the weight of fabric to use. You will be stitching through multiple layers of fabric in the last step of most of the projects so keep this in mind when choosing your fabric weight. When purchasing designs you are only purchasing a license to stitch the designs. YOU CAN NOT RESELL THE DESIGNS 1. Reproduction or distribution of these designs, to any third party in any form is strictly prohibited. 2. You may make back up copies for your own use. 3.The designs may be used in the production of goods for resale. 4. You may sell as many of the finished projects as you wish. 5. You may "play" with the designs by adding your own designs or changing colors as you wish. 6. The altered designs may not be sold.
